Appeal Guidelines

Please read carefully before proceeding. Example: "I understand I was muted for spam, I should have stopped, and it will not happen again."

What can I appeal?

You can appeal bans, kicks, mutes, or other moderation actions. You cannot appeal automated mutes shorter than 1 hour or warns.

What happens if I lie?

Lying in your appeal will result in your appeal being denied and a permanent ban from our appeal system. Honesty is the best policy.

How long does it take?

Appeals are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Do not DM staff members about your appeal; this will result in immediate denial.

Anti-Cheat Guidelines

Strict policies apply to game bans. Example: "I was disconnected with HX-ABCD-1234 while playing on mobile with no exploit tools open."

Important: False flags are rare. If you were cheating, admit it. We can detect automated appeals.

Can I appeal a permanent ban?

Permanent bans for exploiting are rarely overturned unless proven false positive.

What proofs do I need?

Video evidence of your gameplay at the time of the ban significantly increases your chances.
